Leadership isn’t neutral - it iether elevates or holds back

Josias’s leadership story began at just 14 years old, when he first realized how leadership decisions could shape the destiny of an entire country. Watching the impact of poor leadership at a young age planted a conviction in him early: leadership is never neutral — it either elevates people or holds them back.

His first formal leadership role came as a restaurant owner, where he discovered that leading through control only produced compliance, not commitment. Later, as he continued to grow as a leader in hospitality and eventually in multimillion-dollar real estate projects, he noticed a recurring pattern: talented people repeating the same mistakes despite their knowledge. He concluded that leadership wasn’t about information alone — it was about the deeper scripts and habits driving behavior.
