Josias’s leadership journey started earlier than most. At just 14 years old, he witnessed firsthand how the choices of leaders could change the course of an entire country. The lesson stayed with him: leadership is never neutral. It either lifts people up or keeps them stuck.

His first taste of leading came as a teenager running his own restaurant. It didn’t take long to realize that leading through control only earned compliance, never true commitment. Later, working his way through hospitality, property management, and multimillion-dollar real estate projects, he saw the same pattern repeat itself: incredibly talented people falling into the same traps, not because they lacked knowledge, but because of the hidden scripts driving their behavior. That discovery reshaped everything he thought leadership was supposed to be.
