End inherited
leadership.

Most leaders run patterns they never chose. Absorbed from family, culture, and the bosses they came up under. I help you see those patterns and replace them, so you lead like yourself instead of on autopilot.

The Problem

You were taught to lead before you ever led.

Leadership is absorbed before it is practiced. Long before you held a title, you watched how authority worked around you. Those lessons became scripts. They run automatically, especially under pressure. Most leaders never notice them. They just assume that is who they are.

The SIR Framework

The work has three moves.

01

Surface

Make the hidden pattern visible. You cannot change a script you cannot see.

02

Interrupt

Catch the pattern before it runs. This creates space for a different choice.

03

Rewire

Replace the old default with something you actually chose, through deliberate practice.

The Scripts

Four patterns most leaders inherit.

01

The Performer

Drives results at the cost of connection.

02

The Rescuer

Takes on everyone's problems and burns out.

03

The Enforcer

Leads through control and fear.

04

The Lone Genius

Refuses to delegate and becomes the bottleneck.

You probably recognized one. That recognition is where the work begins.

Credibility

This comes from running things, not just teaching them.

I did not learn this in a classroom. I learned it leading real teams under real pressure. Restaurants. Multiple properties across Colorado and beyond. Teams that were disengaged, worn down, and ready to quit, brought back to people who trusted their leader and believed the work was worth doing. The numbers followed, but the turnaround was always human first. Today I guide other leaders to do the same with their own teams, in Colorado and across the country. It is also the subject of my book, The Leadership Reset.
